Up All Night- The Growing Prysocks

Christmas - The Aftermath

Filed under: , , by: David and Stephanie

As we {read: David} were packing up the car, I realized that we {read: Stephanie} were going to have to do quite a bit of reorganizing when we got home. We all received so many wonderful presents and Jonah was especially spoiled; there was simply no way that all his new toys and clothes were going to fit into his room without a complete overhaul.

Maybe most people aren't like this, but I can't seem to take on a project like this without first making everything worse. For most of the week, Jonah's room has been a complete disaster.

But today, Jonah and I got to work.

{Sitting up and playing with toys like a boss}

He played contentedly on the floor while I sifted through the piles of clothes {old and new} and toys.

After working so darn hard, Jonah needed a nap. While he was down, I sorted through all his newborn and three month clothes so I could make room for the clothes that actually fit.

{Just a small portion of what I sorted through}

I was very nostalgic as I packed away all the tiny outfits. It's so bittersweet to watch Jonah growing up. I'm so excited to be a witness to all the great new things he's doing and experiencing every day, but I sometimes find myself missing the tiny newborn we brought home {almost} six months ago.

{Newborn to 3 Month all packed away}
